Barriers such as shower curtains that's being used in warehouse areas, have not been cleaned or changed out in months, therefore, do not adequately protect workers against COVID-19 hazards. In addition, sanitizing/cleaning the building after each shift to prevent COVID-19 has not been accomplished.

Employees are concerned an employee has tested positive for COVID-19, however management are not notifying employees who were in contact with that person. Also the employee who tested positive was allowed to return to work without following the proper CDC requirements.
