Employer not following CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19. Employees are concerned high number of employees have been tested positive with COVID-19; however, employer has not notified employees who has been in contact with the positive employee. In addition, employer will not sanitize/clean the building after each shifts to prevent COVID-19. Barriers, such as shower curtains are being used in areas, such as warehouse areas, do not adequately protect workers against COVID-19 hazards.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 100
