Received a silk horse scarf that I did not order from sender Aylen Amador. I also ordered a wagon/shade chair with 1 free. I was billed $49.98 by ASL*Yulon internet. Never received them.

I placed an order for 2 - Triple Monitors for Laptops and received a scarf. Now they won’t issue me a full refund. They want to deduct $13.99 from my refund. Why should I loose money for a mistake they made or go out of my way to send the scarf back.

I just received a 3 in 1 USB quick data cable that I did not order (I already have multiple ones). I searched my orders and know I did not order it. How can I not get charged for this item? I want to send it back but afraid if I do I'll still get charged.
