I received a Captains Log Peb,a quill pen, that I did not order. Underneath the packing label it's another label w/ China addresses on it. What the heck is going on here?

Order an outdoor garden decor. Received earmuffs. Mailing envelope has address 2646 Rainer Ave S Seattle, Wa., 98144. Looking up that address google says it's Amazon.
