the phone fax letter inquiry. The original complaint included: Employer does not follow up properly with COVID 19 contact tracing; does not inform affected workers; remained open after recent report of exposure; does not maintain proper cleaning supplies or policies. The salon remained open with no disclosure to the public. Tropical tan has failed to screen employees for symptoms since the opening of non-essential businesses in June 2020. There is no documentation or follow up from the owners that this regulation has been enforced or followed. The owners are orchestrating deception to not only their customers but their employees as well in order to stay open. Our cleaning essentials have always run short and workers bring in their own supplies to protect from cleaning bodily fluids. Our hot water tank was broken for months, failing to properly sanitize laundry with human sweat/body fluids. 15620 HWY 99, Lynnwood WA 98037. All locations have failed to COVID 19 screen their employees. All locations do not have a COVID 19 safety protocol in place.

it and then they wipe it down. For PPE they provided plastic gloves, cheap safety glasses and regular safety masks instead of N-95 masks as indicated on the product's safety instructions. Also, the product says there should be an eyewash station or emergency shower near where it's been used and there is none of that near the buses. It's a flammable product and they store the product in the storage compartment of the buses where is exposed to static and electricity. They have been using this product since September of 2020. They also said they are going to put another adult in the buses to ride along with the driver and the children. Some of the buses are too small and there is no room to allow another person in the bus and keep the required social distancing.
