Today I received an item I never ordered. I don't even know what company it's from. It's nothing I would order. What do I do? I know they used to say if you received something you didn't order you do not have to return it and you can't be charged for it. Is that still true?

Recieved a package with postage due for $6.55 postage was already charged on the order.
Should not have except it ,but probably would not have gotten a refind if I had declined in the first place.
