I just came from my mailbox and received an unknown item that I DID NOT order; furthermore, I have no idea what it is! I have attached a photo of the item and the return address. I typed it in my PC and your site came up. I notice there are quite a few others who have also experienced this strange issue. How do we get this resolved? It is the size and shape of a placemat and gray in color. Thanks in advance.
