Ordered $500.00 worth of clothing. None fit me and they are not well made. There is no return slip and I am wondering is they are a reputable company. It does not look like it given all of the complaints seen below. What am I to do now? Apparently is a scam.

Got this cellophane package with what looks like seeds.  Contains a QR code which took me to a site that had a set of headphones.  Didn’t order headphones.  I ordered seeds but I already received them.
