I ordered from them on December 4th 2022 and I was supposed to get my package and on their website it says delivered and I never received anything from them I've been trying to email them and I don't get a response back from them how can I get my money back is my question

I ordered merchandise in 02/12 and still have not received it. I’m out $50.29
I made a purchase from RH Fingal store on 02/12/2023 and have still not received my merchandise. When I sent an email to check the status of my order, it was a fake email address.
