The tracker listed outages affecting 4,619 customers in Montgomery county at approximately 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. The area hardest hit by the outages appears to be around Grand Parkway leading into Porter, where nearly 1,400 people are without power, according to the tracker. back to China. That wasn't happening, they made the mistake, it's there responsibility. PAYPAL drops the case. I no longer have paypal.
