I keep receiving and being charge for skin care products I do not want, but there is no way to talk to anyone or send them back. This should be a crime!! I want it stopped!!ct

I did not order the ring. Appears to be a fake gold nugget ring. Size is wrong and did not include any type invoice. Not sure where Williams got my address or why they sent the ring to me. Very strange?
