Received package in the mail with my name and address on it. When I opened the package there was a ring and 2 cards. On the cards it says GRA.

I received a ring in the mail I did not order with a card for a GRA Moissanite right. It had my name and address correct on the package but no one ever ordered it in my house.

Just like most, it came Priority Mail. I thought it was from Temu so I was on the line with them for over an hour trying to find out what was suppose to be in the envy.
Does anyone have an idea as to what’s up?
