I received a package I did not order. Return address is:

Coppell, TX. 75019.

It's a pair of imitation combat gloves probably for cosplay. It's addressed to me. It is nowhere to be found on any of my order lists. Don't know how to return something I didn't order.

I got a similar “gift” from a hacker I ordered from but didn’t send goods. From same address.
American Express was notified and the charges were disputed and returned to my account.

My husband received this same scarf. He did not order it and there is no information on how to return it or if we were charged for it. There was no information in the package, just says online seller and has this address.

Received a package today that I did not order. There was a note inside from Customer Service Team saying this first gift, an elastic hair string. The second gift which was ordered(I ordered nothing) we will continue to track. If you have any problems plesse contact me freely.
