On August 18, 2023 I ordered what I thought was HSN Weekender Bag with Set of 2 Snap-In Toiletry Case. Although my account was charged $39.98, I have not received the bag. HSN has no record of the order number that appeared on my confirmation and said it is obviously a scam.
