Employer is not providing proper PPE for employees to protect from COVID-19 exposures. 5. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 and if infected are not provided Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA): Employee Paid Leave. 6. Employer is retaliating against employees who inform the employer of the hazards and exposures they are subjected to at the workplace. 7. Employer is hiding employee exposures and employee hospitalizations, not logging on OSHA logs and informing OSHA.
