We got a package addressed to my husband with a pair of sunglasses that we didn't order. It was his correct full name and address. From EB/SHIPPING DEPT. We accidentally opened it because people often send us stuff from unknown addresses. Is it safe?

I ordered a garden bed never received contacted billbo.shop they were supposed to issue refund never happened!!! Have been given runaround... odds are I never will ... this company is a scam... I get a tracking number that lead nowhere!!!
