today, 4/15/25. received a package from bathers fotts from 25 horizon dr suwanee ga, looks like some sort of metal tubbing for a bathroom. I never ordered this. Package was ripped but not opened. As far as I know, I never ordered from this company.

My mother ordered a product which was made to look like a sweater from this website and it looks nothing like what was pictured. Is there a way to return this item? There was no receipt attached and I hate o send it back without getting a full refund.
