1) Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the facility is not ensuring employees are wearing masks and practicing social distancing requirements outlined by the CDC guidelines. Contrary to section 5(a)1 of the OSH Act. 2) It was reported that the facility is not cleaned and/or disinfected accordance with CDC guidelines. Contrary to Section 5(a)1 of the OSH Act. 3.) It was reported that an employee tested positive and returned to work 5 days later without additional testing to confirm a negative exposure to COVID-19. Contrary to 5(a)(1) of the OSHAct. 4) Employees are not provided training for procedures relating to COVID-19 throughout the facility. Contrary to Section 5(a)1 of the OSH Act.
