Fraudulent "Cartier" ring, Hilton Head Island, SC, USA

I also received a "Cartier" ring that I didn't order. I haven't yet been able to identify fraud on the card I used in a recent clothing purchase to China; but, I have had significant fraud on a business card. May not be related, but around the same time frame.

1. The employer does not have a COVID-19 plan in place including social distancing and sanitizing commonly touched surfaces throughout the suite. 2. The employer did notify the employees that they were caring for a patient with COVID-19.
