Updated:

No heat/cooling, no way to recharge wheelchairs, move electric beds. Power went off at 3 AM on April 15th. Was initially told 2 hours. Went to bed. Woke up at 10 AM. Power still off. Called a few times. Power is supposed to be coming back at 3 or 5 PM. Already been 8 hours without power.
