Coronavirus Symptoms, Boiling Springs, PA, USA

I do not qualify for the coronavirus test because I did not fly out of the US in the past 14 days. Also, I was not in first person contact with someone with a positive test. I have a fever, dry cough, and flu-like symptoms. Why aren't we testing?
