I got an envelope in the mail from USPS Pittsburgh Distribution Center with a label that came off a package and the letter stated the USPS had damaged a package and all they had was the label. The return address is 3646 S Wolcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60609. I have no idea what it was but it says the item was 3 lbs. It also says “Monica” with the address. Not sure if I’ve paid for this item. Not sure what to do. We are retired and I can’t afford to pay for something I didn’t order or receive. I am in Boiling Springs, PA

Did you google it? I'm getting a blog that this is a known scam. You can ignore the package. malwaretips. com However, you should look up if you've ever been involved in a data breach, that would be the most likely place for them to skim your address. haveibeenpwned. com

That is the address for HLIVER LOWRY. It is a company. I ordered two items from a company which I later found was in Hong Kong. They kept in touch with me via email. Then SURPRISE the items were shipping from Switzerland; last I heard they were going thru customs in Switzerland; Today I received them from above company in Chicago!! Actually they are exactly what I ordered originally.
