Electricity went out to more than 1,300 OG&E customers Saturday before 7:30 a.m. According to OGE System Watch, the outage includes much of downtown Enid and is affecting 1,335 customers.

Parents of Hoover Elementary School children can pick up their children early Thursday for an excused absence, as the school is without power for the day. The outages was first reported earlier Thursday morning.OG&E Electric Services are working to resolve fix the power.
