Customers lost power this morning in southwest and south central North Dakota. Scattered outages in Bismarck impacted about 500 Montana-Dakota Utilities customers. The Bismarck outages started shortly after 9 p.m. Monday. All customers were fully restored by 4:30 a.m. Tuesday.
