WE ordered a nativity set for our daughter and it was never delivered have e mails stating it was delivered and other notifications. After no delivery, contacting them they say to go to post office, the post office isnt able to track the number and says its fraude...SCAM Alert!

I did not order this package and not sure what device it would be used for. It is a 3 in 1 USB Cable telescopic smooth brush. I want to return this package but have only the packaging and the product. How do I return this without paying shipping.
