1. There is no disinfecting after employees have contracted COVID-19, including an employee death. 2. No contact tracing is done for COVID-19. An employee contracted the virus and left the facility on February 19, 2021 and only two employees were notified.
There is a concern that the employer is not cleaning/sanitizing work areas of employees who were positive with the COVID-19 virus or enforcing the wearing of masks in the facility which is possibly exposing other employees to the virus.

Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to, after an employee tested positive for the virus and/or contracted the infection: employees did not isolate/quarantine; the premises were not sanitized; mask-wearing and Social Distancing were not enforced.
Several employees have tested positive and the employer is allowing the sick employees to continue working. There is no social distancing and masks are not being worn.
