Employees are being exposed to the Covid-19 virus while in the workplace due to the following: 1. The employer is not informing employees who work in close contact with other employees who have tested positive. The employees work in a cubicle setting in a small confined area. 2. Employees do not use the same cube daily or other employees use their cubes when they are out and there is no cleaning/sanitizing done to prevent the spread of the virus.
