Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. There have been some cases of the virus among people who work at the site and/or who visit the site, e.g. truck drivers; 2. The wearing of masks is said to be required,
but is not enforced; 3. Employees cannot always stay 6 feet away from other people when working; 4. The facility, including 'touch points' like door handles etc., is not cleaned/sanitized at all; 5. Hand sanitizer is not provided.
