There are no barriers between employees and patients, and the premises are cleaned only twice a week, and are not sanitized at all; disinfectant wipes are no longer provided for employees to sanitize their own work areas. 4. When a member of staff was diagnosed, and hospitalized, with COVID-19, the rest of the employees, all of whom had had contact with the affected employee, were not informed.
