An employee tested positive for COVID-19 on August 9, 2021. The employee was vomiting and coughing around other employees and the employer did not sanitize anything. Employees are being forced to come into work.
There is a concern that the employer is allowing employees that tested positive for Covid-19 and other viruses such as hepatitis A to continue to work exposing all employees they are in contact with.
1. Employees are exposed to human feces and vomit which is covering the women's restroom. The conditions have existed for 3 days. 2. The employer is not allowing employees which have been exposed to employees that have COVID-19 to quarantine.
