Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. Where at least 3 employees tested positive for the virus, other employees, who had been, or could have been in close contact with those affected, were not notified by the employer; 2. Employee screening for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure etc. is loosely enforced; 3. The wearing of masks by unvaccinated employees is not enforced; 4.
