I ordered three orders of Christmas tree decor. The add I saw either on Facebook or instagram looked NOTHING LIKE WHAT I RECEIVED! I spent $100 and received absolute junk. Please help me get refunds for all three orders.

I got a box of tiny plastic Christmas trees. They are j**k. I did not order this. I did order huge glass ones that never came and I paid like 50$ for them. Numerous emails unanswered! It’s about 6 inches of cheap plastic. Not huge glass! j**k!
