Advertised beautiful full artificial ferns. I finally received them yesterday and couldn’t believe what they sent. They were nothing at all like they were described or pictured. Such a disgrace and scam. I wish there was some way for us to get refunded.

I ordered something from a company called Grmando Oteroy(an artificial fern)
I ordered an artificial Boston Fern plant that in the ad looked very full and pliable, but it arrived and was nothing like was shown. It’s less than one- fourth the size shown and made of stiff plastic.
