Poor customer service and poor product from Gramando Oteroy. Product was not at all at pictured. Asked for refund, and they offered $4.00, less than 10% of purchase price. Beware of poor company.I ordered two shirts from a picture on the Internet. They arrived several weeks later and we’re not at all as pictured. I wanted them sent back and they refuse to accept the return and offered me a pittance of a refund.
