I did not order this. I ordered a bracelet from the real Taylor swift store and got an email it was delivered but this showed up instead and i don’t know how they got my name or address.

I placed an order from bucask and never received a confirmation. There is no site for this "company". I have read reviews on this site and they are all saying it is a scam. They took the money out of my account. What is my recourse? sdkwood@yahoo.com
