The employees have not been provided with appropriate chemical splash goggles. In addition, an appropriate eye wash station was not provided for employee use. 6) The employer has not developed and implemented a hazard communication program. 7) Employees have not received hazard communication training. 8) Employees have not been provided with face masks for protection against COVID-19. 9) Employees have not received COVID-19 training which included topics on disease transmission, hand washing, and social distancing.
