According to NYSEG's outage map, more than 400 customers were without power Wednesday morning, Feb 21 in downtown Binghamton. The outage was centered around the area of Mirabito Stadium. As of 9:45 a.m., NYSEG expects power to be restored around 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday 21th.
