More than 500 people do not have power in the City of Binghamton Wednesday morning. According to NYSEG, a total of 535 customers are without power. Crews are investigating the cause and estimate power to be restored by noon.The impacted /areas include: Carroll Street, Centenary Avenue and Centenary Street Court Street, Exchange Street, Hawley Street, Henry Street, Lewis Street, Lisle Avenue, Pine Street, State Street, Susquehanna Street. According to NYSEG's website, power has been restored.
