i ordered something from a totally different website was not able to track or go back into orders and i got an item i don't want and have no one to contact and i cant get my money back. the order is wrong no way to fix it

I received an opened package that I did not order. I have checked all my bank statements and have found no fraud but it is concerning that someone is sending out packages that have nothing in them.
