If you used a credit card, you can contact your issuer and dispute the charge. If you used a debit card, not so easy.
I received a pair of shoes a week after I canceled my order. I have emailed(service@shoesvip.co) and left VM at 833-493-2323 three days in a row. No one has reached out to me. Today I called to reverse charge to my credit card. Agree this looks and acts like a scam. See Less
