Employees are asked to self monitor temperatures and symptoms, but this also is not being enforced. There are employees coming into the workplace without self evaluating for temperature or symptoms. 5. The employer has not performed a hazard assessment and created a covid protection plan specific to this workplace, based on the job task and controls and PPE required. 6. Eye protection is not provided or required for any job tasks. 7. The employer directed the employees to get Covid tests through the employee's own health insurance as part of the employer's covid protection measures. However, the employer has not yet reimbursed the employees for the balance and time of taking those tests.
