I received 2 sets of block bricks,two separate deliveries. I did not order them. I would like to know how they required my charge card. I want to return them and get a refund. I don’t have an invoice.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, what I received was not what I ordered. I was sent 2 pairs cloth nonsense resembling shoes, just garbage, and no way to return for refund!

Ordered a shirt for $38 , supposedly from Bloomingdale close out. Shirt is Not the color or size I ordered , looked up Name and address , turns out it’s a Heating and Air Conditioner Store. I believed I got scammed.
