Ordered clothing from JCP via an add on Facebook. Never received clothing but received a fake diamond ring from above address. Don’t know if they charged my credit card for it. What recourse do I have?

I received 2 rings that I did not order and when I pulled the top label off it had another label under it that had my tracking number on for clothes I ordered . I would like to know how to get a refund!
