I opened it & had a ring from GRA Moissantite report in the box.
I did not order it & don;t thnk I have been charged anthing for it but will be watching my cards.
It had easypost 1st class postage on it.

Just today I received a package that originated from the above address. This little "surprise" box had little cheap screwdrivers and a couple of chained rings.
I have no clue who this would send this.
It came with a note:
