Inside I found small piece of cardboard approximately 2x4in and nothing else???

Arrived Saturday, December 10, 2022, I got it out of the mailbox on Monday, December 12, 2022. Also, I have noticed that the home listed at this address recently sold. I am looking for a home and have accounts with them. Is this something those who have received the mysterious cardboard square have in common? Is anyone else registered with these sites? I have contacted my local Sherriff's Department.
