Wednesday night’s lightning and wind storm left about 1,300 Libby area residents without power. According to Flathead Electric, the storm, which moved through the area a little after 9 p.m., left most customers without power until about 1 a.m.

The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. The employer has implemented a face cover policy but does not enforce use. 3. The employer does not clean or sanitize break/rest areas and tables. 4. Employees are continuing working while displaying symptoms of COVID-19. Employees are not calling off sick until the day of their test. 5. The site tractor pulled trailers are job made and unstable. Previously, a wheel had fallen from the trailer setup, injuring employees. The employer repaired the trailer on site with substandard hardware. 6. The tractor and trailer tires and hitch are damaged and unsafe for use. 7. One of the tractors does not have a safety brake, and the employer is using a board of wood to chock the tire. 8. believe my personal information may have been leaked from a counterfeit website where I placed an online order one month ago, called “Latipay Sittue NewSouthWales AU”, posing as the reputable clothing business “GymShark” (whom I thought I was ordering from.) I canceled and reported that order to my bank, but have not found any fraudulent activities on my bank statements or card.
