I received package I did not order. I ordered from QVC ceramic Christmas trees. That is the order I have not received. Like everyone who ordered the trees I believe we got scammed from this Mark Cadicamo, college point New York. How do I get my money back????

I received an unsolicited package in the mail from Charles Bengry at 3416 Garfield Ave., Commerce, CA 90040 Returning item to sender but concerned about being invoiced/billed for somethin I did not order and have no way to identify an amount or cc that may have been used.

I ordered lawn chairs were supposed to be from QVC. Completed order and never received any confirmation of order. Never received chairs. Card statement says it paid ABT syncwayz internet. Can I get my money back?
