for status and says received. I reached out because I had not received anything. We went back and forth on this where they told me to go to the post office and to check my mailbox. I informed there was no way two recliners could fit in my mailbox. Asked for refund June 27th. Website states full refund within 30 days no questions asked if not satisfied. June 28th they said they would resend it with a new shipper. Never got tracking info with this "new shipper". July 11th sent email to check status. Was told it's still coming be patient. July 14th asked for refund again. July 19th they offered me 10%. I said no I want my full refund. Continued to tell me order is coming. Already been shipped. Again asked for my full refund. Aug 1st offered 50% refund and told me to buy the items somewhere else. Declined. Said again I want my full refund. Aug 2nd offered 65% refund. Aug 3rd offered everything except the "shipping fee" of 14.99. Again I declined. I said the shipping was free, not to mention I never received anything so I'm not paying for shipping of nothing. Aug 4th they keep ignoring my request of a full refund. Aug 5th, same thing. I reached out Aug 7th and said so when am I getting my full refund or are you choosing not to honor your advertisement. No response. Reached out Aug 9th also. No response. I was charged $79.80 and never received a thing
