1) Management has not done anything to clean up the pharmacy after people with Covid were coughing.
2) Management not sending people home that have multiple symptoms to find out days later they have Covid. Multiple employees have gotten Covid.

1. Health screenings of employees for COVID-19 are not being done on a consistent basis.
2. Mask use by employees is not being enforced.
3. Surfaces were not adequately sanitized after an employee was diagnosed with COVID-19.
