1) Management has not done anything to clean up the pharmacy after people with Covid were coughing.2) Management not sending people home that have multiple symptoms to find out days later they have Covid. Multiple employees have gotten Covid.
3) Management chooses to wait for days before making decisions on who to send home and have a 10-minute rule of having to stand near each other but will reset the clock when people move away.
4) Employees work in a small enclosed area, employees always near each other.
