As of 9:40 a.m. Thursday, DTE Energy reported that more than 77,100 customers were without power, with more than 1,000 crews in the field addressing outages.

Power outages are widespread across Metro Detroit, with large clusters in Huron, Sanilac and St. Clair counties.

We are wearing masks however 6 ft apart is not always possible, and we do not have barriers in place throughout the shop. They are afraid to refuse in fear they will lose their job.
